St. George's Episcopal Church choir, will sing A Festival Evensong, featuring Mendelssohn's cantata, "Hear My Prayer", Mozart's "Laudate Dominum", and a new setting of the evening canticles "The St. George's Service" by Canadian composer, Richard C. Baker. Former Miss America, Dorothy Benham, is featured soloist and will be joined by mezzo-soprano Elizabeth Woolner and tenor, Philip Eschweiler. Randall M. Egan, Organist & Choirmaster, will direct. A recital by celebrated harpist, RACHEL BRANDWEIN, precedes Evensong. Free and open. Reception follows.
