Thursday Evening Reflections: “Why God’s reconciling work is also our ministry of reconciliation” February 23 and March 1 from 7-8:15 pm in the St. Matthew’s Library. Reflections and discussion facilitated by Dr. Lois Malcolm, Associate Professor of Systematic Theology, Luther Seminary. Together we will explore what it means to live out our baptismal identity in light of what Paul has to say about dying and rising in Christ (for one another and the world) as "ambassadors of reconciliation" (2 Corinthians 2-5). We'll start each session with "dwelling" in a text or two from 2nd Corinthians as a way to focus our conversation about "tough choices" in our daily lives and in the larger "publics" in which we participate.
Also, please join us for a 6:00pm soup supper in the parish hall.
