St. John's is excited to host the Reverend Dr. Sam Wells, respected Anglican theologian, ethicist, and pastor, in March.
On Saturday, March 11, the Rev. Dr. Sam Wells will present a workshop on "Living Without Enemies," exploring what it means to Live With the World in the midst of violence - the theological dimensions of solidarity, reconciliation, and life with our neighbor, our government, and the other. How can the church move from being & doing for others toward a stance of being with? Sam Wells will present an all-day workshop for clergy and lay leaders on the theological, ethical, and pastoral dimensions of living with our neighbors in the midst of a violent world.
Register at tinyurl.com/LWE2017. Cost is $10 at the door (cash or check). Contact the Rev. Jered Weber-Johnson at jered.weberjohnson@stjohnsstpaul.org.
